Drop-In Programs

We invite you to drop in for these classes whenever you like!

gurl powerHeart-Pumping, Total Tennis Fitness

Get your blood flowing and your game going with Cardio Tennis: the calorie-crunching, overall tennis workout, designed for the Intermediate and above levels skill set. Special, low-pressure balls make for longer rallies, so players build strength and endurance in each one-hour session.

Take this ever-popular class at your own pace — just push yourself when you’re ready and rest when you need it.

Membership is not required.

Members: $17, may register up to 2 weeks in advance
Guests: $22, may register up to 1 week in advance

Summer Schedule

Special "pop-up" classes will be added as scheduling allows.

Fridays: May 17, 24, 31  7:30-8:30am
