Get your blood flowing and your game going with Cardio Tennis: the calorie-crunching, overall tennis workout, designed for the Intermediate and above levels skill set. Special, low-pressure balls make for longer rallies, so players build strength and endurance in each one-hour session. Cardio Tennis classes are for USTA levels 2.5 and above, and not for beginners or advanced beginners.
