Drop-In Programs

We invite you to drop in for these classes whenever you like!

Get your blood flowing and your game going with Cardio Tennis: the calorie-crunching, overall workout for players at any level! Special, low-pressure balls make for longer rallies, so players build strength and endurance in each one-hour session.

Take this ever-popular class at your own pace — just push yourself when you’re ready and rest when you need it. We use Polar heart rate monitors as part of every Cardio Tennis class; the monitors give each player a true gauge of their workout with a customized report sent straight to them after the session, showing workout statistics and calories burned! 

Membership is not required.

Members: $15, may register up to 2 weeks in advance
Guests: $20, may register up to 1 week in advance
